Since 1981, Rubenstein’s practice has included a wide range of business litigation and transactions.

Starting with the FDIC placing a national bank in Oklahoma City into receivership in 1982, Rubenstein began obtaining in depth experience representing creditors, committees and trustees in complex chapter 11 bankruptcies from the real estate and oil and gas industries.

Throughout his career, he has extensive experience in both state and federal courts handling business litigation matters involving commercial – UCC, debtor-creditor, commercial foreclosures, health care and managed care issues, oil and gas, breach of fiduciary duties, officer and director liabilities, receiverships, and various contract disputes. His transactional practice includes bank loan transactions, buying and selling of business assets, stock sale transactions, and business formations.
